WHAT IS MOTIVATION?
MOTIVATION IS LIKENED TO A FLAME.
IS IT OK TO SEEK-OUT MOTIVATION WHEN NEEDED?
WHAT'S YOUR MOTIVATION?
So I asked a close group of friends, collegues, and spiritual children to describe me in three words. Each individual had absolutely impressive, similiar, yet differing words to describe me. This is, no doubt, derived from the specific type of relationships I have created with each of them; however, despite the "differing similarities", ONE WORD was a consistent from every individual who responded ............"MOTIVATIONAL!"
MOTI-WHAT? Yes. I was was like, "Whaaaaaaaat?" ....No WAY! Yes WAY! "I Guess" WAY! You see, I've had my "own beliefs" about motivation, and quite frankly, I had some "issues" with MOTIVATION.

MOTI-Whaaaat?
motivation fact #1:
WE ALL GET A LIL''WEAK, A LIL' TIRED...AND LIL'WEARY, BUT...
"YOU GOT THIS!"
YOU WERE DESIGNED TO DO THIS! SO EMBRACE IT!
YOU'RE GONNA BE JUST FINE!!"
BUT LET'S KEEP IT REAL-
....NONE OF WHAT I JUST SAID REALLY MATTER
Consider a match, when lit-there's a flame. The flame burns quickly, unless connected to it's object of purpose. Motivation, in order to have a lasting affect, must be connected to purpose.
A force or influence that causes someone TO DO SOMETHING. Synonymous with encouragement, ambition, drive, enthusiasm, boost, etc.
Seeking for OTHERS to CONSISENTLY motivate us is similiar to that of the match and flame. Motivation is a beautiful additive, push and reminder during the pursuit; however, to keep seeking motivation from outward sources can bring hopelessness. It's important to remember that motivation is ALSO INTERNAL. Pull out, what's WITHIN. Remember to encourage yourself.
WHAT'S YOUR MOTIVATION?? I am talking about the "thing" , the "person", the "people", the "cause" THAT KEEPS YOU MOVING? Your DRIVING FORCE!!!! Soooooo MY MOTIVATION IS.......Making God smile, My parents, my family, my children, my friends (and I have the BEST ONES) future husband, the people who I'm called to serve, CREATIVITY ITSELF (I like exploring new creatives and innovation, it's like receiving a brand "new gadget" to me), new ideas, NEW REVELATION, and ULTIMATELY...ME. "I AM MY MOTIVATION" Do you KNOW your motivation? What's YOUR motivation?
CREATE YOUR OWN WALL OF ENCOURAGEMENT.
CHOOSE INSIPIRATION SPECIFIC TO YOU, YOUR PATH, YOUR DIRECTION! WE ALL NEED A "BOOST" FROM TIME TO TIME.
BELOW IS MY ENCOURAGEMENT WALL! WHAT YOU THINK?
Words that describe...Me.....
motivation fact #2:
THERE ARE NO MAGIC TRICKS. I DON'T CARE WHAT YOUR MIND TELLS YOU BECAUSE YOUR MIND WILL LIE TO YOU WHEN YOU LIE TO YOU.
I TELL YOU--NOTHING WILL CHANGE ON ITS OWN. IF YOU WANT SOMETHING TO CHANGE, "YOU" HAVE TO CREATE THAT CHANGE.
CHANGE IS ONLY DIFFICULT WHEN YOU THINK ABOUT IT or PONDER IT.......WHEN YOU DO IT, LIVE IT, AND BECOME IT....
THE YOLK IS RATHER EASY.
POINT BLANK!
GET UP AND BECOME THE CEO OF THE CHANGE TO OCCUR IN YOUR LIFE!
